How To Access Your Masterclass
After you sign up for a masterclass with Tim Han, we'll send you an email with all the information for the masterclass, which will contain all the details of when the masterclass will be running.
Since our masterclasses will be run LIVE online, you can join as an attendee from the comfort of your home or your favourite spot in the city- from anywhere in the world. All the information about the masterclass is included in the email we sent to you.
The masterclass takes about 1 - 1.5 hours and is best enjoyed with a fast internet/data connection, ideally from a desktop or laptop and not a mobile phone. This way there won't be any interruptions.

How to Watch the LIVE Masterclass
There are two ways to watch the LIVE masterclass on the date of the event:
- Search for the registration confirmation email in your inbox (the e-mail will be from Tim Han) and click the link masterclass join link. If you cannot find it, please also check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Or go to this page: https://www.successinsider.com/join and enter the email address you signed up with, then click the link shown in the image below:
3. If this is your first time using the Zoom webinar, you will be prompted to download the Zoom software Please follow the instructions, which will be listed on the screen, to make sure that you're all set. (If you're having issues with accessing the masterclass from your mobile phone or tablet, please try downloading the Zoom app first, then clicking the masterclass join link)
No Email? No results on the Masterclasses Page?
Maybe your registration was unsuccessful? Please go back to the page you registered for a masterclass and sign up again by following this link: https://www.successinsider.com/reinvent
- Use the same email you're trying to access the masterclass from
- Make sure the email has no typos (especially a full stop after the address)
